Looking at [1], the scmurl is:
scmurl "https://src.fedoraproject.org/modules/ruby.git?#6a4c25d32d0d83400a44f6c5946952499b9b8cd8"
However, this does not open the commit. It seems the correct url should be:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/modules/ruby/c/6a4c25d32d0d83400a44f6c5946952499b9b8cd8
The "scmurl" is supposed to be git URL with hash in the same format as Koji uses for source as you can see on this page: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1261890.
source
By an accident, in fedora it uses https:// protocol and there is also Pagure running on the same hostname, but generally it does not have to be the case. MBS as well supports git:// or git+https:// and some others. For these schemes, there is no way to find out some web interface.
https://
git://
git+https://

Yes, I noticed the Koji URL and I wonder what is the utility of such URL.
