The only other package that @fedpop maintains is celt071. It is only used by mumble. celt upstream has been merged into opus. As a standalone library, it is dead upstream. mumble specifically requires the old 0.7.x version of celt (not even the last version before merging into opus). They recommend distributions use their bundled copy.

I'm not interested in maintaining celt071, and would rather it be removed. I'd prefer to follow the mumble upstream recommendation and use the bundled celt library.
