A while ago I was pinged on this bugzilla ticket https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1497482 related to the project: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dnsviz which was created via the ticket: https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/1905 while the user making the request does not seem to be in the packager group.

We should not process requests from non-packagers.

Hi, there is such a check in the code but the user can override it using --force option.
