Looks mostly fine. Why change the indentation on the license text?

Why change the indentation on the license text?

The content got from https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt has no indentation, I just didn't change it. I'm not sure if the indentation is necessary.

It makes no difference in my opinion. The new file is a bit longer than the old. Maybe remove the How to apply these terms section from the end? (I checked difference with git diff --word-diff HEAD^ -- COPYING.)
