#490 Add Jenkinsfile for CI

Current nodes of [1] are running in legacy mode and will be removed.
We need to update related jobs to use new infra.

Obviously, it is not currently enabled. A parallel approach speeds up the progress but makes the output chaotic. I will slightly fix it - I will make a comment.
