#197 testing-farm-run-{generic-,}test: Improve error UX

Don't make users search around in Zuul output to look for the correct
URL to actually find the root cause for the failed test execution.
Instead, print it in the message of the failing task, which Zuul will
prominently display in various places, expanded by default.

Hi, are you sure the {{ id }} is available ? From where the variable come from ?

I've just copied this message from a few lines above, where it already uses it, see https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs/blob/master/f/roles/testing-farm-run-generic-test/tasks/main.yml#_105; same for the testing-farm-run-test role. I don't see a way how that could ever be not defined without the role failing earlier.
