Regarding the api_key we need to copy it on the disk. It should be done by that role https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs-config/pull-request/68#_3__5 that does not exist yet. AFAIR we already have a testing farm secret in Zuul: https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs-config/blob/master/f/zuul.d/testing_farm_zuul_fedora_ci.secret.yaml
