#32 Replace Shotwell with GNOME Photos in default install

GNOME Photos in Fedora 28 will soon support importing photos from cameras, see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-photos/issues/29 for details and screenshots.

In the distant past, we had agreed to replace Shotwell with Photos in the default install once Photos supports import from cameras. Seems that time has come.

We should reaffirm the previous decision, since I think it's been well over a year since we agreed to this.

This change is approved at this week's meeting (+6,2,-0)
