The Yubico Authenticator app installed from flathub did not detect my USB Yubikey 5 security key. After installing pcsc-tools, my key is detected and the TOTP codes saved on it are read as expected.
This occurs under both Workstation and Silverblue.
Er, we don't have anything to do with flathub... please report this to them?

Oh wait, is this a request to install pcsc-tools in Workstation?

Maybe @sgallagh would have an opinion on this since he requested opensc. I don't know the differences between these packages.
I was actually proxying that request from @howl in BZ #1828094
Are you sure it actually needs pcsc-tools and not just pcsc-lite? I just installed the flatpak on my Workstation and it worked fine with my Yubikey 5 NFC despite not having pcsc-tools installed.
pcsc-tools
pcsc-lite
OpenSC actually depends on pcsc-lite, so pulling that into Workstation should be sufficient to resolve this.
And that is already done for F33, so... we're done?
Apologies. I now see the Issues link on the package's Flathub page which takes me to its Github site. I'll report this issue there.
BTW: yes, pcsc-lite is sufficient.
