Following discussion with Websites & Apps stakeholders, this Pull Request migrates the Fedora Websites documentation hosted on docs.fp.o to this repository. This PR both migrates the existing content, but also gives it a major restructure and reorganization. The existing content was divided across three modules. It also includes the addition of an attributes.adoc partial with various metadata about the team's presence.
This PR is not meant to be merged as-is. The git commit history is preserved to make the review process easier, as there are several changes made in this Pull Request. The recommended review method is to go commit by commit. Do not merge until a commit squashing is done.
