removed the div with the link to the survey.

@lilyx, please introduce some changes to the PR to replace the current div with the Nest Promotion banner from here https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/issue/1095 - and then I think we can merge it after another round of review.

@lilyx, I am going ahead and merging this PR now. Please follow this up with another PR for adding the Nest banner and let us know in the Telegram/Matrix channels in time - so that the ones from the W&A team who have the commit access (i.e. me, @thunderbirdtr and @ramyaparimi) can get started with the reviews/merge.
