While I can download F31 Beta Workstation from https://getfedora.org/workstation/download/ I cannot download the Spins or Labs from https://spins.fedoraproject.org/xfce/download/ or https://labs.fedoraproject.org/python-classroom/download/

Looks like they now have links to the /prerelease URL, from which visitors can download the beta version they choose.
