I applied it, but I found a copy/paste error I think:
+# file: path=/etc/httpd/conf.d/arm.fedoraproject.org/prerelease-to-final-alt-1-redirectmatch.conf state=absent
should be probably
+# file: path=/etc/httpd/conf.d/alt.fedoraproject.org/prerelease-to-final-alt-1-redirectmatch.conf state=absent

So, if that is correct, @kevin , could you please run the proxy playbook?
