#740 Link for "Legal" is mangled

At https://docs.fedoraproject.org/f27/release-notes/welcome/Hardware_Overview.html, the link for "Legal" in the footer's "About" section points to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/f27/release-notes/welcome/https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Main#Legal (which is 404). I believe the correct target is https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Main#Legal.

Please don't file a new ticket for any link you find in docs (you can just add links to the same ticket). We are aware of the old docs/new docs issues and will fix them ASAP (see #722 and #731).
On the websites they should be already working, for docs they are still looking for an overall solution or redirect.
