#508 Apostrophe in security question for FAS account creation causes crash

I was creating an account at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/new . For the security question I had a question with an apostrophe in it, like "what is Buddy's favorite color". I hit Submit and got a 500 error. I went Back, took out the apostrophe, and hit Submit, and it worked.

This is a bug/issue in the Fedora Account System (fas).
