The websites uses javascript from ajax.googleapis.com and webfonts from fonts.googleapis.com. When located in China (or some other country which blocks or limits google) there are long delays between the request and the answer.

Ok, added them locally for spins.fp.o and getfedora.org. Will be live in 30 minutes.

Please reopen if still not working as expected.
