This has been approved by the Spins team and the board for Fedora 18, but has missed the deadline for release engineering to be included as part of the official release media.
However, everything else is in place. Link to the nightly build rather than the official spin ISO.
Content is laid out as per requirements here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_jam
(Included Packages section can be ommitted or left as a link addendum)
Thanks!
Is the ISO link working or is there only a kickstart file for this spin? I'm not able to start the ISO download actually.
As I don't know what's the procedure with the nightly rebuild, could you please tell us if and which CHECKSUM you have? Will it be the official spin CHECKSUM (need to be inserted) or not, as it's not included in the official release cycle?\ We also have on the right side of each spin page a direct download link to the torrent file. I think this spin is not included on the torrent server, or am I wrong?
Thanks for your info.
There is only the nightly builds at this stage as specified here [1]. As far as I'm aware the nightly build doesn't generate a checksum that I could find, so I guess the best we can hope for is simply the instructions in the previous link. The link to the nightly composes can be found here [2].
I believe this spin was not included with the official spin builds and torrents.
Thanks

I pushed the pages to f19-alpha branch, but we have to see if and how they can be linked, as this is a nightly and not an official build, which for example are also mirrored by Infra.
There is obviously no CHECKSUM and no torrent file, the only solution we have is to link it somewhere as "unofficial nightly build" with a discalimer.
See it on http://localhost:5000/en/jam
Thank you again - any chance I could get an external link to view this?
Unfortunately not, the pages are on a testing branch, but you can build them locally if you want, cloning our git-repo and following these steps to build the f19-alpha branch:

We will insert the Fedora Jam Spin with Fedora 19 release.
Hi
I did build the website locally to have a look and it looks great! Thanks
Is there no possibility that we could still include the page for Fedora 18, detached from the main spins page? I would even prefer it if the direct liks to the 32 bit / 64 bit ISOs were completely removed until it is shipped with F19. The link and the blurb regarding the nightly composes is more than enough.
I expect traffic to be relatively small - we would just really like it for self promotion so we can attract more contributors/developers to audio in Fedora.
I'm adding here the proposal posted on the design ticket by bsjones:
''If this is not to late, can we add a link to the support tab (just under the header)?''
''Text:''
''To learn more about you can customize your jam session, please visit out wiki'' \ https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Jam_Audio_Spin
It's not so easy to add it to the support tab, and I think also it has not to be there.
It's more a (very short and only 5 rows long) additional information of how you can use this Spin, so it should stay in the main Jam-Kde tab IMHO. If you're fine with it and still need it we can add it there and then close the ticket ;)
That sounds great! Thanks
Ok, you can see it with rev d6f497e. Jam-KDE pages should be fine now.

Sorry a typo there with 'out' - should read 'our'.
