https://fedorahosted.org/emea-swag-tracking/ On many swag request tickets there are private personal data, such as home address or telephone number, because the company that ships media needs them.
There should be an option for a ticket to be private, meaning that it should be visible only to logged-in users.
I agree completely, all swag request tickets should be visible only to ambassadors by default, and not for everyone on the internet.
I'm not sure fedora-websites is the right place to report it, maybe start a thread in the ambassadors list?
I have already started a thread on ambassadors list https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/ambassadors/2011-December/018637.html
Calm down people. This is not critical or a blocker and not a defect either.
I think the proper place to file this ticket is https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure but as Pierros, Jörg and I are admins of the trac instance in question, I will look into this.
OK, I have made the necessary changes. Now only authenticated people can view tickets. This includes not only ambassadors but all Fedora project contributors.
