Fedora Security Lab had bugs in some functions and needed a rebuild
i took the links to the Download Tab out and made a quick clarification

working on clarification with rel-eng about where are the new iso and torrents finally located so we can link to it

The new isos and torrents are in place, the website can be restored. They replaced the earlier ones, same locations.

put the Download Tab for the Security Spin back and removed the clarification regarding rebuild
