#1175 Advertise mpv as media player for cinnamon spin

On https://spins.fedoraproject.org/en/cinnamon/ we'd like to replace the Parole media player with mpv (https://mpv.io/) which is already available in f37 and will be default going forward. The description can remain the same removing the "gtk3" part: "A modern media player, using the gstreamer plugin framework."

Looks good I think the icon should be changed to mpv's though? Thanks
