https://spins.fedoraproject.org/xfce/download/index.html contains a control labelled "Verify your download". A click on this leads to: https://spins.fedoraproject.org/xfce/download/xfce-download-splash?file=https://spins.fedoraproject.org/verify which does not contain the necessary information to verify the iso image.

Instead it should probably redirect to https://spins.fedoraproject.org/verify
