#5 Create a basic modular structure for dashboard web page

The idea here is, when we want to introduce a new matrix or a new graph, we dont need to rewrite other code or even adjust things on the page.

Any new graph etc, should be just a new module and the code should be able to adjust the graphs automatically based on priority etc.
