I don't know how I missed rust-update-set when I pushed the whole rust2rpm v24 / cargo2rpm change to Fedora :frowning: The current version in Fedora is now broken, because it uses APIs that have been completely rewritten and moved from rust2rpm to cargo2rpm.

I'll try to work on a PR to port things over, but it looks like I'll first need to implement some missing APIs in cargo2rpm (like gt/ge/lt/le comparisons between SemVer versions).
