We need a few changes in RPM to properly support reproducible builds.

  • https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/issues/2604

All of those issues have been closed. But we have work-arounds, so it should be fine.

There may be other pull requests against rpm (e.g. https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/2930 that was just opened), but let's track those from individual issues here.
