Issue #2: stats-bodhi.py needs porting to OIDC - qa-stats

stats-bodhi.py has never been updated for OIDC authentication, we need to do that. See how it was done in other projects, e.g. wikitcms:

actually, never mind, it turned out to be stupid easy. Fixed.
