We have a number of QA-related FAS groups, and I think it would be a good idea to start documenting what each groups does. I was recently unclear what qa-admin exactly does. Now with the Forgejo migration, there are additional uses. People in qa-admin will be able to do any project/org changes, and people in qa-tools-sig will be able to do destructive operations to tickets.

Creating a description page (and not forgetting to maintaining it) is a good idea, I think.
