#592 Add FreeIPA upgrade validation tests to the wiki

The release criteria have a requirement for FreeIPA server upgrading, but there is no wiki test case for this. openQA is already testing this, but as there's no wiki test case, it doesn't report the result to the wiki. We should add a wiki test case for this to the validation matrices, and update openQA to report to it.
