@sumantrom We have different change proposals this time for Fedora 26. Presentl template shows Fedora 25 changes Emoji-typing and Unicode etc.

For Fedora 26 we have following changes.

• Fontconfig: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/26/ChangeSet#Fontconfig_cache_directory_change
• Libpinyin: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/26/ChangeSet#libpinyin_2.0

On the top of that we have (Just mentioning these things are sufficient)
* Emoji Modal dialogue
