Proposed test day for ARM to occur between Alpha and Beta.

= implementation recommendation =
Testing to include all deliverables and target platforms (including Allwinner sunxi ARM SoC support).

I've created [https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/QA/2014/8/28/ temporary event in Fedocal]. This event is just placeholder, I will update it and move it when you provide description and planned tests and definite schedule is known.

With the F21 slip do you still want the same date?
