All pages generated by the test day result app - http://testdays.qa.fedoraproject.org/testdays - should probably have a small footer, or something, identifying the app, linking to the source repo and issue tracker (here), and the main information page for the Test Day process, https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Test_Days .
