Issue #199: proventester request - fedora-qa

Hi , I would like to apply for proven testers team. I have over 10 years QA experience and would like help on the Fedora project.

I have completed the following:

1:applied to the FAS group
2: read the instructions at Proven_tester
3: knows how to use the updates-testing repository and fedora-easy-karma.
