Welp, it's there but it's empty. FMW doesn't like that.

In what compose, specifically, are they missing?

Well, there's kinda two bugs: we also don't have these subvariants listed in fedfind.const.SUBVARIANTS (because they were invented since I last updated that list) - if we'd had that, the synthesis would at least have got that much info into the metadata. So, I'll fix that too.

3.6.2 release is cut so this is resolved so far as this issue is concerned. Fedora 25 / 26 / 27 and EPEL 6 / 7 updates to 3.6.2 have just been submitted to Bodhi.
