#22 Handle ELN composes moving to kojipkgs

ELN composes will be built using a pungi-fedora nightly script and parked on kojipkgs like other nightlies, rather than using ODCS - https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/pull-request/1304 . We need to adapt fedfind's ElnCompose and the get_release logic for that.

@sgallagh ping me about this when you're going to prod, if possible - thanks
