#56 Council information page has bad interview URLs

The council page - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council/Nominations - has links to interviews, but the links lead to "Page not found" pages.

Example:
John M. Harris, Jr. - https://pagure.io/fedora-project-schedule/issue/39

Those are private issues for creating the interviews. Interviews are published to the Community Blog

- Issue status updated to: Closed (was: Open)

Unhelpful response. The links should link to the blog post and not to a private issue.

Yes, I can click on the candidate from the list of candidates and that links to the interview, but this is not obvious as the list of candidates doesn't look like a list of clickable URLs.

Yes, I can go to the voting page and click on "[info]" and also get to the interview.
