FESCo approved a requirement that Spin/Labs owners be sent keepalive request in order to keep building the spin or lab. Please confirm that you want QA Test Day to continue for Fedora 32.

I'm not sure if this is still being used as a source for creating test day spins. If it isn't needed for that, it doesn't need to exist. Note that media was never produced for this spin. It is just meant as a way to make creating test day spins less work.
