Yes, I believe that list is the most up to date listing of maintainers.
@ngompa just updated a bunch of spins to the new kiwi format that we will be using going forward, so to my knowledge that listing would be the most accurate and up to date.
The wiki sometimes tends to get out of date sadly.

Another benefit of that .toml file will list all of the maintainers of the spin if there are more than one. For example, the Security Lab spin has 3 of us; so as long as one of us is still around we'll want to keep it going.

This is awesome! I've added a header on the previously maintained page to see if we can deprecate it and move this moving forward. Having something we can confidently reference is super useful.

I have now updated my tools to read from the toml file so we can capture all maintainers moving forward.
