FESCo [approved a requirement[(https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/1972) that Spin/Labs owners send keepalive request in order to keep building the spin or lab. Please confirm that you want the Sway spin to continue for Fedora Linux 43 as soon as possible.

If you do not wish to continue the Sway Spin, please also reply to this ticket and I will file a releng and websites ticket to delist the Sway Spin from the build list and web page.
