Usually the page:

highlights the current Fedora, but Fedora 40 got missed. Maybe highlight Fedora 41 now or remove the larger text altogether moving forward?

Looks like the file was updated but never pushed. I have fixed that glitch (and moved F38 to "past releases").

@amoloney, I'll update the SOP docs to make the steps more clear. This is one of the places where I knew what needed to be done so I didn't write it down for the next person.
