@kevin @torbuntu FESCo approved a requirement that Spin/Labs owners send keepalive request in order to keep building the spin or lab. Please confirm that you want the LXQT Spin to continue for Fedora Linux 40.

We actually don't want to keep this alive. ;)

I can submit a PR to stop making it. We will also need websites to remove it for f40 and any marketing changes.
