It looks like the code to generate static content relies on PDC, which was decommissioned recently, so that could be the cause.
Hey, thanks for the issue; PDC getting decommissioned would definitely do that. I will try to get to this as soon as I can currently very busy.
I'll have to make an alerting script to monitor the last-updated date.
I've pushed a build to production to fix this. I have it re-generating everything, so it might take an hour or two for everything to pick it up.

rawhide doesn't seem to be getting picked up correctly, will fix when I have more time.
https://pagure.io/fedora-packages-static/pull-request/50 should fix that. This change actually made it worse than before, we will now be using very old data for most packages (anything that's not in EPEL 10 will be using data from EPEL 8 if it was in EPEL 8, or EPEL 9 if it was in EPEL 9, or Fedora 39 original release otherwise).
whoops. apologies for the bad code. I will review and deploy this weekend.
@adamwill thank you for the PR, it looks much better now. It's rolling out the changes and should finish within an hour or two.

looking at it, I think f41 may still not be working fully (e.g. I don't see any f41 listing for kernel)...I'll try and see if I can see why later...
@adamwill it looks like it's because the release for it is in the "frozen" state. I just didn't notice because the package I was looking at has a 41 build in rawhide. Pushing a fix...

oh god yeah, I forgot there was one more state. :D
