#20 Add a 'delta' when querying datagrepper

As per http://blog.pingoured.fr/index.php?post/2021/02/26/datanommer/datagrepper-investigations you may want to add a reasonable 'delta' when querying datagrepper to improve its speed when returning results :)

I've implemented this with b0d9a0c, but the request time seems to have increased interestingly. From testing in an API client with a delta of 7 days vs no delta I see an increase in request time with the delta specified (~200-400 additional ms consistently). Although, when querying very active packages such as kernel, the request is unable to complete without delta as described in your blog post.
