Here's a couple of improvement patches to fedpkg bash completion.

Improve fedpkg import completion

jvcelak@redhat.com and keijser@stone-it.com have been working on the bash completion script. Please coordinate these patches with them. I've pushed their latest work upstream.

I'm going to close this as I think it is addressed in a later patch. Please review and re-open/file new if it is not addressed.
