Short-term things to do before branching out into dependency tickets:

Talk with Chris from DMM on this being an open-source-design case study (see blog post [http://darkmattermatters.com/2010/03/22/can-truly-great-design-be-done-the-open-source-way/ here].
Discuss with some people on having actual Branding SIG rather than being just a marketing project

Timeline is basically for project to take most of F14.
