While attending @tyrylu and @vpolasek's talk about accessibility in Linux distributions, it was pointed out that Fedora LXQt is missing the accessibility stack. We should make sure it's shipped and configured.

This might be as simple as adding Orca to the lxqt-desktop comps group like I did in the kde-desktop group for F39: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/893

This has been taken care of by @vpolasek, so I'm closing this.
