Kup is being added to KDE Linux: https://pointieststick.com/2026/02/06/busy-months-in-kde-linux/

We may want to un-retire it and add it as well: https://invent.kde.org/system/kup/

Yeah, there's a bigger plan around kup, so we need to bring it back.

FYI: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2440209 (I do need to add the qml deps as Requires in there. My little script that scans for them is on my other computer ill update that in a second)

This is in, and is being built in rawhide.
