step: Fails to build because the Eigen3 build in rawhide has been updated to 5.0.0 (And it deems it as incompatible)
Kalzium builds, but one of the files isn't building properly because of something being broken, but it is also using Eigen3, so maybe for the same reason?

For now those 2 apps are going to remain unupdated.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/avogadro2-libs/pull-request/10 as a workaround in the meantime, as updating avogadro2 involves several packages. (Not that we don't want the update, but a single patch will be quicker in the meantime.) Only rawhide is affected.

kalzium also needs https://invent.kde.org/education/kalzium/-/merge_requests/65 to build with eigen 5.0; that applies cleanly against 25.08.3. I have a patch ready.

step doesn't use avogadro2-libs though. The problem there is not only find_package detection of eigen 5.0, but step extensively uses code which was dropped in that version. This will require upstream maintainer involvement.
