Intentionally opening new tickets

So with #635 lots of packages are still missing new maintainers and koschei is now warning that those packages are to be retired on Sep 23th.
Are someone going to take left packages?

(I am not KDE sig member, but some of packages I maintain depend on those previously owned by rdieter (koschei says), such as below)

  • automoc
  • grantlee
  • kate4
  • kdnssd-avahi
  • qca-qt4
  • qtwebkit

Unfortunately I don't think I have enough knowledge for above packages.

These are all qt4 based, which means they are long obsolete. KDE SIG has no use for them.
