In the power devil spec, there was a patch to disable systemd ambiant caps. I removed it because it was removed upstream (Well, commented out anyway) and noted that it's only useful on plasma mobile.

I have no idea what that function actually does. but is that something we can enable on plasma mobile?

Probably a topic of discussion for the meeting on monday.

Yeah I noticed it after and fixed it. I figured I'd make the %prep step a bit more modern while I'm at it.

We should just unconditionally enable it.
