Describe the bug
Please help. I'm trying to update from Kinoite 40
Version: 40.20241116.0 (2024-11-16T01:11:04Z) BaseCommit: 21d6dd8cca960fff36d849b2be728711f93b2ceb40150dce021c3ac3d2b45b69 GPGSignature: Valid signature by 115DF9AEF857853EE8445D0A0727707EA15B79CC
to Kinoite 41 but I am encountering various issues. First it tells me neofetch is not found. Was it removed in Kinoite 41 repos? I install it again after trying so it does not seem to be removed from repos like the error says
rpm-ostree transaction failed with: error: Packages not found: neofetch
then i uninstall neofetch using
sudo rpm-ostree uninstall neofetch
reboot and try update again and now it says
rpm-ostree transaction failed with: error: Could not depsolve transaction; 1 problem detected: Problem: package plasma-welcome-fedora-6.1.2-1.fc41.noarch from @System requires plasma-welcome, but none of the providers can be installed - plasma-welcome-6.2.1-1.fc41.i686 from fedora does not belong to a distupgrade repository - plasma-welcome-6.2.3-1.fc41.i686 from updates does not belong to a distupgrade repository - conflicting requests
i do have plasma-welcome installed so I am not sure what is going on.
error: "plasma-welcome" is already provided by: plasma-welcome-6.2.3-1.fc40.x86_64. Use --allow-inactive to explicitly require it.

Let's keep it in a single place upstream in rpm-ostree. I don't know why but this issue is private which is not ideal.
