I need to update taglib (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/taglib) to add the maui app 'clip' to fedora, which would give us a possibly decent media player on Plasma Mobile.

Issue is, while cmake says that it should work, it doesn't: It requires a cmake that's not available in our currently old version.

I have a tentative update for taglib for the latest version, and it does include the cmake file. But of course, it has a soname bump.

I would need to know if that requires a change request. I assume we'll need to rebuild all those packages:
